Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies tailored to the healthcare sector.
Create compelling content (posts, videos, infographics) for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
Monitor and respond to social media interactions in a timely, professional manner.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support integrated campaigns.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in healthcare and digital marketing.
Ensure all content complies with healthcare industry regulations and brand guidelines.
Assist in managing paid social campaigns and influencer partnerships.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong understanding of social media KPIs, analytics tools, and platform algorithms.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple projects.
Familiarity with healthcare compliance and privacy standards (HIPAA knowledge is a plus).
